ASHLEIGH GELLERT

Ash blends her extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a wide-ranging knowledge of Paediatric care. She has experience working with children of all ages, from newborns through to adolescents, who experience developmental delays, have connective tissue disorders (hypermobility), genetic conditions, coordination difficulties, gait and postural concerns, and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.  

 

Ash has worked in some of Sydney’s finest schools and with a wide variety of sporting teams, leading their Physiotherapy programs and developing sport-specific screening tools; designed to flag injury risks and improve performance. Ash uses this experience, blended with her natural aptitude for fun, to ensure that all children and adolescents maximise their sporting and participation potential.

 

Ash holds a Bachelor of Human Nutrition and a Master of Physiotherapy. She has completed a range of postgraduate Paediatric Physiotherapy training and continues to stay up to date with the most relevant evidence-based assessments and interventions, ensuring the highest quality of care is always provided to your child.

GEORGIA BISSET

Georgia is a highly versatile Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience spanning early development, complex presentations, injury management, and rehabilitation.

​

She works with children and adolescents presenting with neurodiversity, connective tissue disorders (including hypermobility), genetic conditions, coordination difficulties, gait and postural concerns, as well as growth-related musculoskeletal injuries. Georgia enjoys managing complex cases and is highly regarded within her professional network for her expertise in supporting individuals with POTS, complex pain syndromes, and general deconditioning.

Georgia is particularly passionate about supporting babies and toddlers in their early development by helping them explore their environments through purposeful, developmentally appropriate movement, fostering confidence, independence, and opportunities for early participation.

​

She has also worked in the sporting domain with school-aged athletes and alongside Australia’s Olympic and Paralympic teams. Her collaboration with the NSW Institute of Sport informs her approach to helping young athletes reach their full potential.

​

Georgia is committed to creating an energetic, welcoming environment and works closely with children and families to support functional movement, skill development, and participation goals.

​

She holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy.

ADELAIDE O'CONOR

Adelaide is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a passion for supporting children through their developmental milestones. Adelaide moved out from the UK in 2025, where she gained invaluable experience working with babies, children, and adolescents in the NHS. 

 

She has a particular interest in working with school-aged children, supporting them to develop their gross motor skills, strength, overall fitness, and body awareness. Adelaide has extensive experience addressing a range of gait concerns, including toe walking, intoeing, and knock-knee patterns, as well as managing growth-related and sport injuries. She works to improve coordination, posture, and movement efficiency, helping children move confidently and safely in everyday life and physical activity.

 

Adelaide also leads many of our Strong Bodies group strength and conditioning classes, creating a fun and engaging environment where children can build strength, improve movement competence, and develop confidence in their abilities.

​

She prioritises each individual’s needs and ensures their interests are incorporated into her comprehensive treatment plans. Adelaide believes in a collaborative approach, and works closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

 

Adelaide graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

LOUISA CHEOK

As an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist, Louisa loves helping children feel confident in how they move. She has worked with kids and adolescents across a range of ages and abilities, supporting them through injuries, movement difficulties, and physical challenges that can affect everyday life.

​

Louisa has a particular interest in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries, as well as the development of gross motor skills. She applies well developed clinical skills in strength, balance, coordination, and movement control, to deliver practical, goal-focused rehabilitation, supporting a safe and confident integration/return to activity. 

​

As a Clinical Pilates instructor, Louisa uses purposeful movement exercises to support posture, body awareness, and overall movement quality. She enjoys adapting exercises to suit each individual, making sessions and programs engaging and achievable.

​

What Louisa enjoys most is seeing children gain confidence as they reach their goals—whether that’s participating in everyday activities, returning to their chosen sport, trying new things, or simply moving without pain. 

​

Louisa graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy.
